   Mrs. Zhu a Senior Partner and President in Abacus International, Inc. brings her international experience in business and accounting along with her ability to read, write and speak Chinese. With these abilities Ro acts as the U.S. liaison to China. Ro’s vast knowledge of accounting (QuickBooks ProAdvisor®) and tax laws provides our clients with the satisfaction of a job well done without the worries. Ro holds her BS degree in International Business (Cum Laude) from South China University of Technology one of the premier Universities in China and has worked for major corporations such as PG Logistics (China), Tema Cobre (Peru), Phoenix Custom Promotions, Inc., (USA).

   Dr. Howard a Senior Partner and CFO in Abacus International, Inc. brings his MBA and PhD in Business Administration along with holding such key positions as Academic Dean, Professor, CEO/President, Vice President, Senior Vice President and General Manager respectively for Universities and major companies in the North America, South America and Asia, where he directed all functions to ensure continuous growth and profitability with extensive experience in administrative and program development.  He has been very successful in the restructuring of corporations, helping set up MBA programs and has authored many training materials. Dr. Howard has given major seminars throughout North America, South America and China on business and educational related topics.  Dr. Howard also sits on the board of the FAMA Consulting Group.

   Miguel heads our Peruvian office with several years professional experience handling major projects in the private sector, government contracts, and management consulting. He has accomplished and demonstrated excellence in problem resolution, negotiations and project management.
 
   Miguel has his M.S. Degree in Formulation and Evaluation of Private and Public Projects, Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria.  and his B.S Degree in Metallurgic Engineering, Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohomann

    Cathy Chen manages our Chinese office with several years of professional accounting experience in both China and North America.  Cathy is highly skilled in accounting methods including analyzing and communicating of fiscal records, A/P, A/R, financial statements, G/L, bank reconciliations, payroll and income taxes.            

    Cathy has her Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree in accounting from Saint Mary’s University, Nova Scotia, Canada, and both a Bachelor’s in International Accounting as well as a Bachelor’s in Information Management Systems from Ji Nan University, China.
